“Ghosts of Electricity is an ambient project with ethereal soundscapes, electronic cascades, and multi-faceted instrumentation…The atmosphere touches corners of mystical and dark tones, in which the listener decides which associations he imagines in his head to the music.” (Gezeitenstrom Music Magazine, Germany)

"Ghosts Of Electricity is Classical music derived from Folk music. The piggy-back. One encodes the other. Down the centuries. Across the street. Blind Willie Johnson takes a voyage in a tin can through the heavens. Sounds echo back through the officer's mess. They howl around track 1. "What Of The Night?" Bubastis and Blind Willy. Lazers through gunwales. A dust coated box under the bed. 78's her poems on the nightstand. Dust bunnies in the twilight yard. A car approaches. Sweeping headlights. The fire. Bonnie's scarred hand tracing patterns of lace moonlight on the wall.

I'm track 3. "The Understudy" sipping the worst coffee in the world. It's from Mexico. It's factory floor dust. It's brown. I dig it special. I sip south of the border. I steam gaze. I stare into space. I see moats. I see specks of light. I groove on scintilla. I jive on spores. I dig the daylight microbial. I get the vitamin-D heebee-jeebees. In the kitchen track 4." Those Stars" sunlight pancakes cooking for my kids. Descendants. Cardboard spaceship. Sealed in with feeding slot. Monkeys. Evolved man. Mission to Mars. The pancake looks like the surface of a cratered planet. A landing field . . . there. Missing teeth in the other room. I hear their voices through a veil of sound. Ghosts here and absent. All descendants time travel on static to Track 5 "The World Of Violence". A dirty sea journey of human ballast. Banging on the cardboard box to be let out. Sound of ripping cellotape. Reborn. "We're back! It's my egg, I'm feeding You! I'm back in my egg! The egg ate you!"

The boys trim their hair with track 6. "A Vision" they left it behind in the fire. It burned up on re-entry. Falling to the tiles they snapped at it with the kitchen scissors. Gene shears. "Look, Daddy, I'm flashing back from tomorrow! it blends in with yours!" I caught code on my broom. I swept scraps into solar winds. I said goodnight. I let go tomorrow . . ." (Tony Millman)
